Questions about minutes
How many calls do I get?
We count about 2½ to 3 minutes a call, so 100 minutes is about 35 calls. Yours may run shorter or longer.
What happens if I run out of minutes?
We email you at 75%, 90% and 95%, so you can upgrade in time. If you do run out, your number stays yours and it pauses answering new calls until you upgrade or your minutes renew. A call already in progress ends politely. There are no overage charges.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Upgrade any time. Move to a smaller plan at renewal.
What does “calls at once” mean?
How many callers it can talk to at the same time. Starter answers up to 3 at once; Business up to 15.
